1. ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY Your receipt of any electronic
or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order,
nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
TelephonyGlobal.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept
or decline your order for any reason.
2. We accept Visa,
MasterCard,
American
Express, Discover, Bank Wire Transfer, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks,
Checks, and Purchase Orders (government agencies and other organizations at our discretion) as methods of payment.
3.
No returns are allowed on software and consumables (labels, ribbons, receipt papers and other consumables). All
sales on software and consumable
items (labels, ribbons, receipt papers and other consumables) are final.
4. TelephonyGlobal.com offers
Drop-Ship from manufacturer if an item is out of stock in
our warehouse, however, Drop-Ship may take up extra time in shipping, please call for details.
5. The freight may change if an item has to be drop-shipped from manufacturer, we will notify the customer the change either by telephone or email prior to shipment.
6. International shipping
is available at extra cost. Please call prior to make order.
7. All prices
are subject to change without notice.
8.
All
logos and product pictures are trademarks of their
respective names. All product pictures and descriptions are
direct from the manufacturers.
9.
All
items come with the factory new warranties which vary from
item to item.
10.
Due to the complexity of the technological solutions,
if you are not buying complete solutions including software from TelephonyGlobal.com, TelephonyGlobal.com does
not and is unable to provide any technical advice on selecting the hardware including connection, compatibility, functionality, etc. for your existing systems.
It is the sole responsibility of customer to choose the right products for your own needs.

not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the products, software or services at this Site.
TelephonyGlobal.com may make changes to the products and services at this Site, or to the products and prices described in them, at any time without notice.
The products and services at this Site may be out of date, and TelephonyGlobal.com makes no commitment to update the materials and services at this Site.

Any
purchases made from TelephonyGlobal.com
signifies your agreement
with all of the above terms.
Return Policy
1.
All hardware returns must be pre-approved. Please request a Return-Merchandise-Authorization (RMA) number by email stating the
reason for return before returning any items. TelephonyGlobal.com will not accept any returns without RMA number.
2.
All RETURNS & EXCHANGES must be made within first 30 days after delivery and are subject to 15%
shipping and handling fee except manufacturer certified
defective items. Majority of the returns and exchanges are due
to incorrect connections and other basic issues, we would like
to advise customers double check the items being selected prior
to placing orders.
3.
All UNDELIVERABLE & REFUSAL orders are subject to 15%
shipping and handling fee plus a penalty of $25.00.
4.
All returns are required to be shipped back to the designated warehouse which indicated in the email issuing RMA numbers. If the return was to our sales office or other location, an additonal
freight charge applied (from the location to the designated warehosue).
5.
Item returned must not be opened, used or tampered. The
returned item must be in its original packaging.
6.
Defective item may be returned for replacement only within
30 days. After 30 days, the defective item can be repaired
or replaced by the manufacturers of the item within the
warranty period of the product.
7.
No returns or exchanges are accepted over 30-days after delivery.
8.
Shipping cost for return is the sole responsibility of the
buyer
9.

Exchange for software and consumables will be accepted for defective merchandise only and will be replaced with
identical product.
